Rafael Nadal or Roger Federer: Who Has the Best Tennis Grand Slam?

They rarely suffer upsets, can normally be backed to win in straight sets and are as bankable as Abu Dhabi Bonds.
Now, they both can proudly say they have won all four Grand Slams.
This feat has only been accomplished by five other great tennis players, with many others ultimately falling short.
So, whose slam is better?
This is not an argument about numbers of grand slam tournaments won or dominance in one surface this is a discussion about the two wins that had eluded them the longest. Nadal winning the US Openlast year and Federer’s victory at Roland Garros in 2009 —the ones that completed their trophy cabinets.
Many pundits believe that Nadal’s win at the US Open was the more impressive, as there are several players who on their best form would be able to defeat the Spaniard. Their reasoning is sound, as players like Djokovic and Murray have the ability and the mentality to win on the hard courts in New York when it matters, whilst Nadal’s game had previously never suited the Arthur Ashe stadium.
Nadal has been able to adapt his game over the last year since injury and even modify his grip following the clay court season. If you add an Olympic Gold Medal and heroics in the Davis Cup, Nadal is starting to look a heavy favourite to take the Greatest of All Time mantle as well.
For Federer fans out there, his longevity and record of 16 Grand Slam victories, 237 consecutive weeks as World No. 1, Laureus World Sportsmen of the Year four years running, 10 Grand Slam finals running and an Olympic Gold in doubles is truly remarkable!
However, none of these truly unbelievable achievements can help in his argument for a superior Grand Slam. Unfortunately for the Maestro, he has never defeated Nadal in a Grand Slam event except for at Wimbledon.
