The singles-only exhibition tournament runs from Thursday, Dec. 26, through Saturday, Dec. 28, and has been held annually since 2009, with Nadal and defending champion Djokovic combining to win four of the past five titles.
David Ferrer, Andy Murray, Stanislas Wawrinka and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga will complete the six-man field.
Nadal and Djokovic are each coming off dream seasons that saw them add to their Grand Slam count, reignite their epic rivalry and win a plethora of prize money along the way.
Meanwhile, Murray is making his return from back surgery that forced him to miss the final two months of the 2013 season. The 26-year-old Scotsman has fallen to No. 4 in the world but is coming off a strong year that saw him win Wimbledon.
Murray is hoping he can regain his form this winter in the United Arab Emirates, per The Times of India: "Coming back from injury is never easy and the lineup this year is so strong but it's exactly the test I need to see where my game is at."
Ferrer trails only Nadal and Djokovic in the world rankings and is coming off one of the best years of his career. He reached his first-ever Grand Slam final at the French Open in June 2013 and won two singles titles to add to his impressive resume.
Wawrinka is all the way up to No. 8 in the world and is looking to overtake Roger Federer as the top-ranked Swiss player. The 28-year-old reached his first-ever Grand Slam semifinal at the U.S. Open last September and will enter 2014 with lofty expectations.
Tsonga is the lowest-ranked player in this year's field and will be aiming for redemption in 2014. The powerful Frenchman struggled mightily in 2013...
