Jimmy aka Tim had previously been a big Roger Federer fan and would go to any lengths to meet and greet the tennis icon. He tried to crash the Federer wedding only to be "clotheslined" (a deadly wrestling move) by Roger's father Robert.
Timmy was not to be deterred though. Being somewhat of a failed tennis' professional, he bought French Open final tickets and patiently waited for his opportunity to confront his idol.
Carrying his high school flag and a "Pope" hat, he thought that he could "crown" his idol King so that Federer could reign supreme indefinitely. When he charged the field, he was surprised to see something he never expected.
Fear.
After his failed attempt, he felt that the only thing to do would be to salvage his pride and jump the net like a true victor. As he was graciously carried off the field like a trampled chariot driver, Timmy vowed to get even with his "fallen" idol.
In some ways Timmy/Jimmy did get even. He writes anti-Federer articles spewing dislike and disgust of his former hero. His articles attract Nadal-lovers, Federer-haters and lovers, and his comment section is a warring tennis feud of the worst kind.
TJ has now been banned from attending the French Open for the rest of his natural life. He now is reputed to possess enough Rafael Nadal posters to fill a mansion but has only a small one bedroom apartment in which to stick them to the wall.
TJ hope to visit Majorca in Rafa's offseason and has plans to get Rafa's parents back together. He also plans to give Rafa's Uncle Toni a smack on the back of the head for overplaying his nephew in 2009.
