French Open 2012 Men’s Final: Rafael Nadal Will Stay Unbeatable at Roland Garros

For Djoker, the current No. 1 player in the world, it's his first ever French Open final and a chance to finish the career grand slam with what would be a major upset victory over Rafa.
Not only is Djokovic on the verge of accomplishing that, but he is also on the cusp of being the first men's tennis player to win four consecutive majors in a row since 1969, according to the Associated Press, per FoxNews.com.
It's true Djoker has won 27 straight grand slam matches, including three finals over Nadal, but none of those victories have been more difficult than what he is about to face.
Nadal is hands-down the greatest clay court player in the world today and has been for quite some time. His dominance at Roland Garros has been evidence of such a fact having won six of the last seven French Open tournaments.
In his career, Nadal is 51-1 in French Open matches and got through this year's tournament rather effortlessly. Rafa enjoyed all his victories in straight sets and only went to one tiebreaker and he won it against fellow Spaniard, Nicolas Almagro.
Djoker might have been successful in his last three meetings with Nadal at grand slam finals, but clearly Rafa is a different player when he steps onto the court at Rolando Garros. As mentioned before, this will be a Nadal that Djokovic has never seen before.
Nadal has won in all three of the pair's meetings at the French Open and all in earlier rounds. So Djoker has seen Nadal at Roland Garros, but not the championship version and as we all know, there is a difference.
