Australian Open 2013: Bold Predictions for Day 10

So far, the Australian Open has been highlighted by few upsets and plenty of dominance from the top seeds on both sides. It's led to some terrific matchups and that will continue on Day 10, which should be an extremely competitive day at Melbourne Park.
With that in mind, let's take a look at a couple bold predictions for the second half of the quarterfinals as the season's first Grand Slam winds toward its conclusion.
Jeremy Chardy Will Take Set From Andy Murray
Of all the quarterfinal matchups, the one between Murray and Chardy received the least hype. That's mostly because most people expect the No. 3 seed to cruise past his unseeded opponent, especially given Murray's form so far.
Yet, don't be surprised if Chardy puts up a good fight. The Frenchman actually knocked off Murray in their last meeting, which came on a hard court in Cincinnati last year. So he knows what it takes to beat one of the world's best.
Beating an elite player like Murray at a major is a completely different task than doing at a warm-up event like Cincinnati, of course. But Chardy has played some real solid tennis to reach this point and should be able to win a set.
