With Togo’s Exit, Should the African Cup of Nations Be Called Off?

Three people were killed in the attack; bus driver Mário Adjoua, press officer Stan Ocloo, and the assistant coach to Togo's National Team in Amelete Abalo.
Many players have already left Angola to return to their respective clubs, and the status of players such as Kodjovi Obilale and Serge Akakpo are still unknown to the general public.
After the attacks, Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor told BBC Radio Five Live "many of the players have seen their death already."
Now, many of the other nations participating in the African Cup of Nations are questioning if they should remain in Angola or send their players home.
Nigeria and Mozambique have already told their players that they will be safe in Angola, as there will be extra security.
Also, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have confirmed they will move all matches away from the Cabinda region of Angola, but will not cancel the tournament—despite the terrorist attack.
But with Togo's departure from the African Cup of Nations, should the tournament go on?
This entire tournament will be plagued by this horrific incident, irreparable damage has been done. The deaths of these three innocent individuals who were looking forward to the African Cup of Nations will cast a shadow over the tournament.
Premier League representatives and Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola have said they want their players to return, and who knows what will happen to the African Cup of Nations with this terrorist attack.
