USMNT Watch: Jozy Leaves TFC Match with Injury, Transfer Rumors Start to Swirl

Forward Jozy Altidore exited Toronto FC's 1-1 draw with the New England Revolution in the 21st minute after he picked up an injury following a run into the final third.
On the other side of the pond, a few transfer rumors began to swirl about some of the top players in the USMNT talent pool.

Altidore Suffers Hamstring Injury
In a match that featured a handful of USMNT regulars and fringe players, Altidore suffered a hamstring injury midway through the first half.
"I don't have a real indication of how bad it is or how long it will take for Jozy. But when I saw him he looked positive," Toronto head coach Greg Vanney said after the match, per an official club release.
The team stated Altidore would undergo a scan on Sunday after the Reds return from their trip to Massachusetts.
If the injury does appear to be serious, the Yanks have a few options at the position to replace him. Aron Johannsson, Gyasi Zardes, Chris Wondolowski, Charlie Davies, Juan Agudelo, Jordan Morris and Bobby Wood all have a chance to feature if Altidore stays on the bench for an extended period of time.
Speaking of Johannsson, who would be the top candidate to replace Altidore, he delivered two goals and an assist on Sunday for AZ Alkmaar.
