Tottenham Goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to Return for France in World Cup Play-off

The French international was at the centre of controversy last week when he played on at Goodison Park, despite suffering concussion after a challenge with Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
Lloris had looked set to be replaced by Brad Freidel in the 0-0 draw at Everton, but Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas allowed him to play on.
That decision saw the White Hart Lane boss and the club criticised by health experts, as The Guardian reported, and Lloris missed the Europa League win over FC Sheriff before failing a concussion-related test ahead of the home game against Newcastle on Sunday, as Darren Lewis of the Daily Mirror reported.
Subsequently, Lloris was rested for the 1-0 defeat by the Magpies, but France head coach Didier Deschamps insists the goalkeeper will be available for the first leg of the World Cup playoff on Friday:
He's fine, he's very well. He did specific training - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - with Tottenham.
(On Tuesday) he'll take part in training as normal. There are no worries with Hugo.
France will travel to Kiev for the first leg on Friday after finishing second behind Spain in their qualifying group.
Ukraine, who finished behind England in qualification, will line up in Paris on Nov. 19 in the second leg of the tie to decide which country will take their place at the finals in Brazil next year.
