Poland vs Russia: Alan Dzagoev Is Becoming the Brightest Young Star at Euro 2012

There are several elite youngsters in the tournament (Mesut Ozil, Thomas Muller, Christian Eriksen, Andriy Yarmolenko, etc.), but Dzagoev has been better than them all.
The 21-year-old phenom leads the tournament with three goals in two games, with his most recent coming off a gorgeous header against Poland.
After he found the net twice against the Czech Republic, the Polish defense locked in on Dzagoev. However, they were unable to contain him.
In the 37th minute, Andrey Arshavin delivered a perfect cross off a free kick from the left wing. Dzagoev bolted through the Polish defense and gave a clever flick with his head, guiding the ball past keeper Przemyslaw Tyton at the far post.
It was a brilliant goal, and it spoke volumes about the young player's diverse skill set.
He caused nightmares for the Czechs, using his constant movement and creativity in the attacking third to find space and deliver two goals with his boots. Against the Poles, he proved that although he's just 5'10", he can be quite the threat from set pieces, as well.
With his magnificent touch and penchant for finding holes along the back line, Dzagoev is one of the most promising attacking midfielders in the world.
He has already been linked to English powerhouses Arsenal and Chelsea, and if he continues to dominate at Euro 2012, he will have plenty more suitors calling for him this summer.
