Chivas of Guadalajara and Queretaro Draw in a Game with Few Thrills

The game started to capture attention to an audience that was losing its patience with the goals in the second half.
Emilio Lopez scored the first goal of the game for Queretaro when he kicked the ball with his left foot into the left side of the goal post at 57 minutes.
The response of Chivas of Guadalajara came one minute afterwards Jesus Sanchez scored an equalizer. Sanchez received the ball and deflected it towards the left side of the goal post with his head.
Chivas of Guadalajara was on a roll when Marco Fabian scored a second goal with a direct kick into the left side of the net at 74 minutes.
Queretaro was attempting to equalize or win the game and their supporters of Queretaro were restless.
Hector Altamirano was able to equalize for Queretaro at 83 minutes on the basis of a penalty kick. The rest of the game was characterized by both teams attempting to win the game.
The teams began to act in an impulsive manner with Edgar Rojas expelled from the game within 79 minutes secondary to unnecessary force against another opponent.
The referee Jose Alfredo Penaloza awarded yellow cards to both sides: Mendoza, Velasco, Bossio of Queretaro and Mejia, Ponce, Michel, De La Mora of Chivas of Guadalajara.
Queretaro is in last place in Group Three of the Mexican League while Chivas of Guadalajara is next to last place in Group Two.
Both teams are in the bottom area of the Mexican League.
