Put this tightly packed group on a TPC Louisiana course that is ripe for scoring and you get a tournament that consistently packs the drama.
As Nola.com's Rick Gaille points out, eight of the past 10 stops at this tournament have been decided by one stroke or in a playoff.
Last year, Jason Dufner took down Ernie Els in a playoff to notch his first Tour victory. He was 19-under on the par 72 course.
Dufner will be back to defend his title, and if he wants to do that, he will have to post a similarly low number.
Gaille tells us that TPC Louisiana was ranked the 10th easiest course out the Tour's 51 stops.
