Tiger Woods Will Dominate Accenture Match Play Tournament

In the past, Woods has dominated this one-on-one event. Lately, though, Tiger has struggled to make it to the final day as he's lost some of his edge that once made him so great.
Here's why Tiger will be able to regain that edge and capture his fourth Accenture Match Play Championship.
He will Build off his Momentum
After any sign of good play, the question always reads: "Is Tiger back?"
Following his win at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, we saw the same question posed by everyone in the golf world. Tiger did something at Torrey Pines that he hasn't done in a while--he dominated.
Outside of his shaky last round, Woods looked like the player of old. His putting was deadly, his drives were monstrous and he had the look in his eyes that we were accustomed to seeing pre-Thanksgiving 2009.
After winning at one of his favorite places to play, he travels to another course he is comfortable at and an event where he is used to winning when he tees it up. With his golf stroke in seemingly good form, and a heap of momentum following his 14-under tournament win nearly a month ago, Tiger is ready to step back onto the scene at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club this weekend.
Mental Toughness
Before Tiger's ugly divorce, he seemed more of a robot than a human being. On top of his uncanny killer instinct, the shots he was able to consistently hit under pressure were nothing like anyone had ever seen before.
The fallout from his divorce has indubitably made Tiger more human, causing his golf game to become more vulnerable to adversity, much like the rest of us.
