Tiger Woods: Why Tiger Doesn’t Deserve to Be at Presidents Cup

I am not now going to sit with the benefit of hindsight and say that Tiger needed to be kept of the team because he's 0-2. Certainly, Fred Couples didn't pick him thinking that he would start 0-2.
Frankly, I'd also be quite surprised if he didn't turn it around over the final three sessions and help his team to a win. Despite Tiger's struggles, the Americans sit at 7-5, which is not a bad place to be.
But while the official Captains Pick's weren't announced until late September, that release also mentions that Couples had announced as early as late August that Woods would be on the team. Actually, I remember it being much earlier than that.
So, why shouldn't Woods be included?
Keegan Bradley.
Woods is not playing his best golf right now; that's abundantly clear. Someone who is playing good golf is Keegan Bradley, who was the only American golfer to win a major in 2011. That win came in the final major, the PGA Championship, indicating a certain level of hot play.
On top of that, he had already won a tournament in 2011 before the PGA.
Bradley is 25 and will be an integral player on American Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup teams for a long time. His aggressive style of play and pure brashness that we saw at the PGA is a style that works great in match play.
With Woods struggling, why not use that spot on Bradley? Given his history in International contests, Woods getting his feet wet shouldn't be a concern to anyone. I'm sure Woods still has plenty of Ryder Cups and Presidents Cups in his future, and missing one isn't going to hurt him.
It may not hurt Bradley either, but putting him on the Presidents Cup would only help his play in future Ryder Cups and Presidents Cups.
