Tiger Woods: Still the Greatest Golfer in the World

A 10th place finish is nothing to write home about for Tiger, but he shot a season best 66 in the final round.
Could this be the light at the end of the dark dark tunnel Tiger has been in for over a year? Tiger believes so. And has expressed that he is ready for the Masters and is still the best in the world.
In an interview with Tim Rinaldi, Woods was asked who is the best golfer in the world. Tiger cocked his head, smiled and simply stated, “When I get my swing dialed in.”
Rinaldi clarified, “You?” Tiger responded with a slight nod of his head. His calm, cool gesture showed me Tiger is back.
He was then asked if he would eclipse Jack Nicklaus’ Major wins record. Tiger confidently stated, “Absolutely”. Nicklaus holds the record with 18 Major wins, four ahead of Tiger’s 14 Major wins.
Were Tigers comments true? Accurate? I believe they are. Tiger's performance on the field has been off, to say the least, since his personal world has come crashing down. But for the first time since his issues began Tiger looks confident and ready to win.
He also seems to have put his personal life back in order, as far as his children are concerned. Tiger understands his role as a father, stating, “I’m a single parent, basically. When the kids are with me, I’m with them, and that’s what matters the most.”
Tiger can now fully focus on golf, both in competition and practice. He has not played like the best golfer in the world as of late, but if you had to place money on one golfer for the rest of the season. Who would it be?
