Rory McIlroy, Ryo Ishikawa: Two Golf Stars That Give the Sport a Bright Future

This day will forever be remembered for the 18-year-old kid from Japan setting some records of in front of his home country. Ryo Ishikawa, the young man who has taken over the Japan Tour for the past couple of years, carded a 58 while coming from behind to win The Crowns by an impressive five strokes.
Ishikawa's 58 (-12) is the lowest score ever carded in a professional tour event.
This will also be remembered as the day in which Rory McIlroy became the second youngest winner in PGA Tour history by fearlessly dominating a course just shy of his 21st birthday, while even the toughest veterans couldn't find the shot to conquer Quail Hollow.
By shooting a 10-under par 62, McIlroy not only came from behind to win by four shots, but set the course record in the process.
In a tournament where the leader board resembled one out of the mid-90’s after Saturday, a kid captivated the many in attendance and the many watching at home, while other future stars continued to shine on the PGA Tour.
Rickie Fowler, just 21-years-old, closed with a 67 (-5) finishing the day in 6th place, after starting the day tied 26th place.
Anthony Kim (24-years-old) continued his great play, carding a 1-under par 71; finishing in a seventh place tie with five other players, including major winners Padraig Harrington and Jim Furyk.
Based on the results of today's rounds, the only question seems to be when will these young starts continue this type of play week in and week out?
McIlroy has shown the ability to come through when he is behind, and racked up his second professional win in a short career.
Ishikawa, although not as well known in the United States, hoisted his eighth professional trophy in heroic fashion, absolutely dominating a course which gave him problems the previous three day...
