In order to accommodate Mother Nature, the Day 2 portion of the tournament will kick back off at 7:35 a.m. ET, but will not interfere with Day 3 as players will have a one-hour break before the day officially begins as per Rex Hoggard of the Golf Channel:
The United States enters what we'll call the "second edition" of Day 2 and the beginning of Day 3 with a decent lead at 4.5-3.5. Here is what to expect over the weekend.
When: Saturday, Oct. 5; Tee times and pairings announced at 8 a.m. EST.

Fourball and Foursomes Saturday
Saturday was scheduled to be a chaotic event before the weather decided to delay the tournament, as 10-of-12 golfers from each side will participate in a morning and afternoon session.
The morning will see both teams tee off in five fourball matchups before doing the same again in the evening, teeing off for five foursome matches.
