After shooting eight birdies and one eagle in Round 3, Jason Day of Australia holds a two-shot lead at 15 under par heading into the tournament's final day. The 27-year-old has the inside track on his first career Major championship.
Hot on his heels? The 22-year-old who has two Majors in his pocket already this year. An impressive score of 30 on the back nine on Saturday puts Jordan Spieth just two shots off the pace, with a chance to make history on Sunday with a third Major win.
Other contenders who could make the final round interesting at the spectacular course on the shores of Lake Michigan include Branden Grace, Justin Rose, Martin Kaymer and Dustin Johnson.
After Round 2 play was suspended due to a storm late on Friday evening, conditions were virtually perfect on Saturday, with a slightly softened course and light winds.
It's expected the weather will be similar on Sunday, when the world's best golfers will once again be expected to go low and possibly before the first players ever to hit -20 at a major.
It looks like youth will rule as Day and Spieth fight it out for the 2015 PGA Championship.
