Here's what the leaderboard looks like after Saturday's action:
Recap Hend recovered from a bogey on the par-four second to finish the front nine with four birdies. He came alive again after a steady run of pars over the opening four holes on the back nine.
A birdie at the par-three 14th was followed by an eagle on the 15th. Hend closed the back nine with another birdie, this one on the par-five 18th.
It was good enough to give the Australian the day's top score, and help him leapfrog Bertasio at the top of the leaderboard.
The Italian made steady progress over the first five holes but soon produced something special at the par-five sixth. Here's highlights of his eagle, per the European Tour official site:
Bertasio showed no signs of feeling the pressure as he made an excellent start on the back nine:
However, things came unstuck for Bertasio on the 18th. He fell victim to a double bogey, leaving the door ajar for Hend to seize the lead.
Luiten pushed himself into the reckoning thanks to some spectacular shots, particularly on the front nine. The home favourite wowed the crowd at the eighth.

A bogey on the 16th interrupted a lengthy run of pars, but Luiten soon rallied. He closed things out with an excellent birdie on the tricky 18th.
