Honda Classic 2012 Leaderboard: Tiger Woods and Golfers Sure to Make a Run

There is a logjam a few shots back of the lead and there are certain to be a few golfers who are able to separate themselves from the field and make a run. Most of the tour's top players are in this tournament, ensuring an exciting finish with many of the world's best in the mix.
Here are three golfers who seem poised to make a run at the leaders this weekend.
Tiger Woods
After bowing out in the second round of the Accenture Match Play tournament, Tiger Woods has come under a lot of scrutiny, particularly for his putting issues. He has also had to answer questions about the controversial book by his former swing coach Hank Haney. With so many distractions it would be easy for Tiger to crumble as he sits seven strokes behind the leader, but he has generally played much better over the past few months.
Woods has struggled in some aspects over his past couple tournaments and he hasn't even played that great in this tournament, but he is far from out of it. If Woods can get into a groove and start to find his rhythm on the greens, the rest of the field is in trouble.
It's fair to say that badmouthing Tiger is en vogue nowadays, but he's in a much better spot than he was a year ago and figures to be a player in The Honda Classic.
