Frys.com Open: Golfers Who Will Maintain Hot Starts in San Martin

With the first round in the books and the second round in progress, some players in the field have already set themselves up for an opportunity to have a big weekend. While some off to a good start are sure to fizzle, these golfers are sure bets to stay strong as the weekend kicks off, and should have a chance for the victory on Sunday.
Nicolas Colsaerts
Colsaerts is off to the best start of anyone in the field after two rounds, shooting a 65 in the first round and firing a 68 in the second, and is in the clubhouse shooting nine under par.
The 30-year-old Belgian is playing really well right now and was part of Europe's winning Ryder Cup team. Colsaerts played an integral role in the team's success, winning a fourball matchup against the team of Tiger Woods and Steve Stricker.
Colsaerts is making his first appearance in a tournament since finishing in the top 10 at the Wyndham Championship. Expect Colsaerts to continue the impressive play. Colsaerts is definitely a name to keep an eye on.
Jonas Blixt
Swedish-born 28-year-old Jonas Blixt is off to a great start at the Frys.com open after shooting back to back 68s in the first two rounds.
While Blixt's 68 isn't on par with the other golfers' best rounds, his consistency should bode well as the tournament moves on. Blixt is coming off of a third place finish at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Open so it should be no surprise that he's near the top of the leaderboard.
As long as Blixt remains steady, he should be a big player in the tournament come Sunday.
