French Open: Bubba Watson Blames Lack of Security and Fans for Poor Playing

Playing this week in the French Open at the Albatross course in Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines France, Watson, I believe, got a taste of just how good the US PGA Tour players have it.
On Friday, after shooting a second round score of 74, Watson was quick to criticize the lack of security on-course and the fans for his poor playing and lack of being comfortable while playing.
Watson said in an interview to the Associated Press, "it's not a normal tournament" and that "there's no security."
Now, I am not on-course reporting from France. But I do find it hard to believe there is absolutely no security for these players in the French Open.
Maybe there is less security than he and other players on the US PGA Tour are used to.
Bubba continued to say, "It's just something I'm not used to, I'm not comfortable with. It's very strange to me."
Watson, of course, is speaking about the more relaxed rules on media snapping pictures in mid swing and the fans being able to video and take pictures seemingly at will during tournament play.
Famed swing coach Hank Haney said via Twitter when I asked him about Bubba's comments:

I can almost sympathize with what Watson said about the lack of security and the photo taking to a certain extent.
He, and other US PGA Tour players are not usef to these sort of actions in 99 percent of the tournaments they play.
I do, however, think him blaming these issues for his poor play is something else entirely.
Now I am not saying what Watson said is not true and that he is not used to that sort of action during tournament play.<...
