That is assuming that weather, like in the picture tweeted by ESPN's Colleen Dominquez, doesn't continue to interfere.

After a three-hour delay to start the round, players began teeing off, only to see the fog roll back in moments later.
It will be interesting to see how this delay affects the players. Most notably, Tiger Woods now has time to cool off after firing an impressive seven-under 65 in Round 2 to propel himself to a two-shot lead over Billy Horschel.
With seven wins at Torrey Pines, Woods has always had great success on the North and South courses at the famed course. So, it is reasonable to assume that Woods will be able to keep his hot hand going despite the delay.
However, with the inconsistency Woods has shown over the past couple seasons, there are plenty of reasons to wonder if he can maintain his high level of play.
