Evian Masters 2012: Early Round Stars Who Will Shine Through the Weekend

Now the question remains, who will maintain the success they have had thus far and continue it through Sunday? There are a few who have the the capability to shine throughout the rest of the tournament. Here they are.
Stacy Lewis: -9 through Round 1
With two wins already this year—Mobile Bay LPGA Classic by one stroke; ShopRite LPGA Classic by four strokes—Stacy Lewis is prepped and ready to take over women's golf. Winning the Evian Masters tournament will cement her as the new face of the LPGA.
Lewis used a nice set of birdies to end her first round of action, which helped vault her into the early lead. If she can maintain that sort of run throughout the rest of the tournament, she could run away with the championship very easily.
Paula Creamer: -4 through Round 1
Paula Creamer has remained at a steady pace over her career. After winning the Sybase Classic in 2005—the win made her the second-youngest winner in LPGA history (19 years old)—Creamer hasn't done much in terms of winning championships.
Creamer has won 11 championships over her seven-year career and is due for one shining moment.
Through the first round, Creamer parred every hole except for four. On the four she didn't par, she birdied. She's on a roll through the first round of play and should keep up the pace throughout the rest of the weekend. She's due for it, after all.
