Garcia posted seven birdies on Sunday, including a beautiful 172-yard approach shot on the 12th hole.
The 33-year-old Spaniard hasn't placed in the top 10 since his T8 finish in the Players Championship in May and is seeking his first win of the year.
Graham DeLaet had a fantastic 18 holes of golf on Sunday, going nine-under on Day 3 alone. That included 10 birdies after posting a bogey on the par-four No. 1.
His 20-foot putt for birdie at hole No. 9 was a beauty.

The 31-year-old Canadian has six top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour this year, but no victories, and tied for second at The Barclays last weekend.
The ageless Steve Stricker also showed up on Sunday, posting an eight-under 63, which included six birdies and an eagle on the 18th. Stricker, 46, has recorded five top-10 finishes on tour this year and is currently tied for third with DeLaet.
