Henry finished the tournament with an incredible eagle on the second playoff hole that came on a putt from on the fairway and well off the green. Reifers had an eagle putt of his own to tie Henry, but he pulled it just left and finished his impressive day with a second-place finish.

Henry earned some praise from fellow golfer Jordan Spieth in the aftermath of the putt:
While Henry took home the championship, it took an incredible barrage of eagles and a record-setting performance from Reifers just to get to the playoff, as Ben Ross of KOLO-TV noted:
Alas, Henry's clutch putt from off the green was the tournament's lasting image and enough to finish atop the leaderboard.

The scoring certainly doesn't look like a normal PGA Tour leaderboard because the Barracuda Championship utilizes Modified Stableford scoring. With this scoring system, players are awarded eight points for a double eagle, five points for an eagle, two points for a birdie and nothing for a par. It also takes away a point for a bogey and three points for a double bogey or worse.
The fact that eagles are worth five points for players encourages aggressive play, and Reifers took full advantage, as the PGA Tour noted:
