AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am 2013: Day 3 Leaderboard Analysis, Highlights

The No. 6 player in the world posted his second consecutive round of 68 on Day 3 at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am to tie for the lead at 12-under par with James Hahn.
Although he settled for seven consecutive pars to close out the round, Snedeker did plenty of damage at Pebble Beach. After an even-par start through five holes, his putter heated up to the tune of four consecutive birdies to close out the front nine.
In a 2013 season that has already seen Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson win tournaments, Snedeker finished runner-up in each of those events. In that context—and due to Snedeker sharing the 54-hole advantage—Shane Bacon of Yahoo! offered his perspective:

As for Tour rookie Hahn, he electrified the crowd at the Phoenix Open last week by doing the "Gangnam Style" dance. Sports Illustrated's Stephanie Wei noted that Hahn didn't do the boogie this time around but captured the hot stretch that allowed him to soar to the top of the leaderboard:
Spyglass Hill is considered the toughest of the three courses the players grace at this event, and the fact that Hahn was able to go bogey free and close out his Saturday in that fashion is remarkable.
Hahn's tidy round of six-under 66 featured just 25 putts and 12 out of 18 greens in regulation.
Chris Kirk is just one shot behind at 11 under after firing a six-under par round of 64 on the Monterey Peninsula course. Former Augusta State standout and two-time NCAA champion Patrick Reed birdied his last two holes on the same course to shoot 67, finishing at 10 under overall.
