Coming into the day, Jaidee was just two strokes clear of McIlroy and Wang Jeunghun. But while he stayed hot, McIlroy could only manage to finish the day on par, and Jeunghun absolutely crumpled, shooting a 78.

In fact, Jaidee seemed likely to finish the day without a single bogey, completing a dominant round of golf that surpassed some of the biggest names in the sport.
He couldn't quite accomplish that feat, bogeying 18, but it hardly mattered:
Molinari surged up the leaderboard, meanwhile, shooting an impressive 66—the top score on the day. Rafa Cabrera-Bello surged into the top four with a final-round 67, while Martin Kaymer led a group of players who shot 68 on Sunday.
McIlroy battled the course, meanwhile, bogeying No. 3 in what seemed to be an ominous start for the Northern Irishman. He settled in from there, though he managed only one birdie Sunday on No. 14.
