Ricciardo In At Red Bull?
German news organisation Bild Sport reported over the weekend that Daniel Ricciardo has been chosen as Mark Webber's replacement and will join triple world champion Sebastian Vettel at Red Bull.
A loose translation from quotes attributed to Helmut Marko, boss of Red Bull junior team Scuderia Toro Rosso in which Ricciardo currently resides, does not confirm the claims—but, equally, did not deny them.
Apparently, this was enough for Bild to make a judgement, and so came the story that Red Bull owner Dieter Mateschitz made the decision over the summer break...while on holiday in Fiji.

Remember Luiz Razia? The GP2 runner-up with possibly the shortest career in F1 history?
Well, after being rather unceremoniously dumped by Marussia after a sponsor failed to stump up promised cash, he has been milling about racing at the front of GT Open this year.
While he's enjoying his time racing a McLaren on the world sportscar stage (albeit a less brightly lit one than Blancpain or FIA GT, for example), the Brazilian has his sights set on Formula 1 next season.
However, as he told Sky Sports F1, while that remains his goal, he is acutely aware of the make-or-break requirement of bringing firmed-up sponsorship.
F1 these days is all about the money and second hand is the talent - unfortunately I don't have money at the moment, so it is looking difficult to get back to it.
There should be the step forward from GP2 to F1, but with these kinds of budget issues it is difficult to get promoted.
So, for sure I am looking for opportunities—even IndyCar would be goo...
