Canadian F1 Grand Prix 2014: Start Time, Lineup, TV Schedule and More

The Formula One Canadian Grand Prix gets underway on Sunday at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal, where the Mercedes team will be looking to continue their stunning start to the season.
With Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton winning every grand prix between them so far, the pair are once again expected to be in contention for chequered-flag glory in Canada.
Here, we look ahead to Sunday’s race and assess what it’ll take for Mercedes to once again reap success in 2014.

Mercedes Looking Good For Win No. 7
The prospect of a Mercedes driver becoming the Formula One champion is now becoming a near certainty, and there’ll be no signs of Hamilton or Rosberg easing off the gas at the Canadian Grand Prix.
The long and thin circuit takes in several high-speed straights with some rather fiddly corners—playing right into the team’s hands once again.
Though Hamilton has slipped below Rosberg in the F1 standings, he’ll be looking to draw from past experience on Montreal and find a way to victory.
The Englishman has won three times in six attempts in Canada, including 2012’s race, per BBC Sport, and will thrive on a track seemingly built for his expertise and equipment.
Last year’s champion, Sebastian Vettel, admitted that it will be a difficult task for his Red Bull team and any others to match the power of Hamilton and Mercedes this week—as reported by Sky Sports:
