Belgian F1 Grand Prix 2013: Start Time, Lineup, TV Schedule and More

This is the 58th Belgian Grand Prix, and the racing world will be focused on the historic circuit. The venue was once an amazingly difficult track, but changes have been made over the years to make the layout more driver-friendly.
This latest version of the race has the potential to be one of the more thrilling in recent memory. Here's how you can watch.

Favourite—Sebastian Vettel
The individual points leader in the F1 driver standings is obviously racing well this year; he has four wins in 2013 already. Vettel also set the lap record on this track back in 2009.
While the competition is still within striking distance, the 26-year-old German has firmly established himself as the man to beat at Spa-Francorchamps.
His last win came in his homeland on July 7, and he's won once every 2.5 races this year. At that impressive pace, it is hard not to see Vettel as the odds-on favourite to win in Belgium.
Dark horse—Mark Webber
So far in 2013, Vettel has carried the torch for Red Bull Racing-Renault almost single-handedly. It has been established that Vettel is the man to beat, but could this be the race Webber steals some of his teammate's thunder?
It isn't likely, but it also isn't beyond the realm of possibility.
Webber had a solid showing at the Magyar Nagydíj in Hungary in July. He finished fourth which was 5.6 seconds behind Vettel who was third.
If none of the usual suspects shine, Webber could be there to claim his first win of the year.
