Injured: Luther Burrell and Manu Tuilagi. Options: Billy Twelvetrees, Kyle Eastmond, Jonathan Joseph, Brad Barritt and Owen Farrell. The match on Saturday is a 61,500-seat sellout, so there is certainly plenty of interest in seeing the world champions, not that you would know that from the U.S. media though. According to Stuff.co.nz‘s Duncan Johnstone: The world’s most successful rugby team has not proven newsworthy in Chicago with none of the city’s main media outlets featuring them today, less than six days out from their game against the US Eagles. Just...

The All Blacks have touched down in Chicago ahead of their game against the USA rugby team at Soldier Field this weekend. While the All Blacks will enter the game as comfortable favourites, it will certainly be an experience for them, as well as their American counterparts. It must be refreshing for one thing. Coming from a country where rugby is king and these men are the biggest superstars in the nation, they are now in a land where they are relatively unknown as individuals. It is a different football, the American kind, which captures the public’s imagination in the USA. That...
