Fernando Alonso spent Sunday night in hospital after sustaining a concussion in a crash during the final day of the second Formula One pre-season test. Susie Wolff and Felipe Nasr are blaming each other for the testing crash which saw both miss out on vital track time. The Williams tester and Sauber rookie collided at the entry to Turn 5, with both cars ending up in the gravel trap.
